Researchers in Japan have found that fresh garlic has higher of allicin that garlic preserved in water, alcohol or ve3getable oil. Allicin have antibacterial and anti fungal properties. Garlic had been used to fight infections like respiratory, gastrointestinal and skin fungal infection. It also can control blood pressure and blood cholesterol level.
